You need USB the cord included with your Razr for connecting to your computer, or some Micro Sd cards will come with adapters that allow them to be directly inserted into your computer. Then you open the sd card file in windows explorer and drag and drop files into it.

Well to transfer to a card you need a card reader. Insert the card and simply copy the files over like normal. Then stop and remove the card and place it back into your phone.
