Pinochle is a card game played with 48 cards rather than the standard 52. You have eight 9s, 10s, Jacks, Queens, Kings, and Aces, two for each suit. The 10 is the second highest card right after the Ace.
Well this card game is played by dividing the cards amongst players and trying to make the most four combinations. It's similar to poker. The highest combination is ace king queen jack.
