To play footsie ( which is a rather intimate game ), you need to find another person, preferably someone you really like ( boyfriend or girlfriend ). "Playing" footsie is basically playing with each others feet, entangling one another and rubbing them against each others.

Footsie is a game of flirting using your feet. Normally it is done under the kitchen table between two consenting adults.
