How do you meditate with coloured candles?

Imagine an object for each colored candle that encapsulated the essence of each color. Breathe deeply, and concentrate on the tone and mood that each color projects. Allow each color to flow over you and imagine that color in your field of vision.

If you are looking for a twist with your meditation, you can try a colored candle. If you are looking for a relaxing color, I would recommend a red or lighter color.

If you pick a color that you feel comfort from, it will help with meditation. Just light some and relax.

I usually keep my eyes closed during meditation so the color of the candles does not matter. Actually, I never light candles before I meditate. It doesn't seem necessary.
