How do you make your bed adjustable with the use of a mattress genie?

I am having a hard time using my mattress genie.

First make sure it is plugged in properly and that all wires are attached properly. This should do the trick. If it doesnt, call the head offices u ordered from.

At first I take appropriate size of a mattress genie with bed. After giving it I use bedsheet and observe that all side might look uniform and uneven.
