How do you make paper lanterns?

I always use to use paper lunch bags and put candles inside then. You can cut out patterns inside the bag if you wanted.

Take a piece of construction paper and fold it in half on the short side. Use scissors to cut slits in the paper through the fold and to the edge, but not cutting through the whole sheet. After you cut 5-10 of these, unfold the paper and turn it inside out by the long side, and you have a lantern!
