Danish Butter Cookies:- Cream 1c butter and 1c sugar together. Add 1egg.Mix 2c flour,1/2tsp creme taster,1/2tsp backing soda sifted once. Add a little at a time. Add 1tsp vanilla. Roll into small balls about the size of a walnut.Flatten with a fork.Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes
