Mix the cornstarch (6tbsp) to a smooth paste with cold water (6tbsp), then add a pint boiling water with stirring. Heat with stirring to thicken.

If your talking about when it goes from liquid to solid when you play with it, its just corn starch and water.

If you are refering to the goo that acts like a solid when you move it, then just add water until it is the consistantcy you want.

Mix 1C of water with 2 tbsp of cornstarch. Cook over a very low heat, stirring very rapidly. It will gel quickly and glob-up.
