Get the kids to draw up a chore chart using a spread sheet or table. Let them negotiate with you for rewards and agree on sanctions for poor performance.

Write a list of easy jobs they could do eg putting out the rubbish, washing the dishes, tidying their rooms etc. Add the days and let the kids decide who wants to do what and when. Write kid's name next to correct day and task.
