You can mix water and essential oils. Or water and some perfume. You just need to put the mix in a sprayer.

You could try adding some water and perfume or essential oil to a spray bottle. Start with a little fragrance then add more if you need it.

I am not sure if you can make body spry at home you may need to contact a company online and see if they wount give you the basics so you can build on that. I know it has a lot of chemicals in it and I'm not sure if private people can buy them all.

You would needed distilled water and essential oils as well as fragrances. Prepare your fragrances into a bowl, pour your distilled water into it, pour in bottle and shake well.
