Three milk or tres leches cake is made using evaporated milk, sweet condensed milk and cream. Bake a cake and let cool. Puncture cake with a fork in several places. Blend all the milks together and pour over the cake. You can top the cake with whip cream.

Make a 9" by 13" white cake. When still hot, use a skewer to poke holes all over the cake. Mix a can of sweetened, condensed milk, a can of evaporated milk and the same amount of homogenized milk. Pour over the cake. Top with whipped cream and fruit.

Tres Leches (or three milk in Spanish) is made by using one can of evaporated milk, one can of condensed milk, and one cup of whole milk. Simply make a yellow cake, mix the three milks, and pour on top.
