Cut pillowcase to desired length leaving bottom hemmed edge intact. Use pillowcase scraps for tie straps and belt. The pillowcase's hemmed edge serves as bottom of dress. Pretty!

Cut off the top to make a tube. Fold over the edge and make a casing for elastic at the top. Decorate the edges with rick-rack or ribbon. Hem the pillowcase to the appropriate length. Add ribbon at the shoulders for straps with buttons at the shoulders. The dress can also be hemmed to wear as a shirt.
