Many craft stores carry blank masks ready for decoration, but you can also create your own or download a pattern from the Internet. Glue a thin dowel to one side for holding. From there, the only limit to decoration is your imagination. Carefully glue on sequins, feathers, shells, or any other decorations that create a sense of mystique for you.
