So easy and yummy. Take the hard boiled egg yolks and add mayo, mustard, paprika, salt & pepper to taste. I also add a couple drops of white truffle oil and pipe them back into the egg whites and garnish with crumbled bacon.

The key is finding a recipe that you like, but the basics are as follows: Hard boil some eggs. Let them cool down, slice in half, and separate whites and yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings. Pipe into white. Top with seasoning!

Boil 6 eggs until hard usually 8 minutes from the point of boiling. Remove and immerse under cold water. Once cool enough you can remove the shells and cut the eggs in half length ways. Remove the yolks and mix with 2 t spoons of curry powder, 4 table spoons of mayo salt and pepper. Spoon mix into whites.
