Try holding your breath and closing your eyes to think of something else; wear a bracelet or something you can fidget with to distract you.

I don't like to go to funerals. The last time I went my friend laid there looking like a wax dummy, and nothing like the animated person he was in life, so choose to send a card or flowers and remember them as they were
