Most names are easy to spell because they are spelled the same way as they sound. IF you are really concerned about learning to spell names you can try to memorize common names. If you are looking to figure out how a name is spelled you could buy a baby naming book which has 100s of names and spellings.

Since the same name can be spelled a variety of different ways, if you're not sure how someone spells their name it's best just to ask them.
