To make a cone you need to draw a shape that looks like Pacman. Adjust the width of the cone by adjusting the length of the triangle you cut out.

A cone shape can be made by drawing a circle on a piece of paper (with a compass or tracing a circular object). Then draw a line from the center of the circle to the edge of the circle. Cut on the line. Overlap edges to create a cone.
