The least invasive way to find out is during your routine ultrasound at your OB/GYN. Other than that, medical tests such as amniocentesis or Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) will also tell you then gender. Folk methods or online tests are not accurate. There is no way to change the gender of a fetus.

We can know the gender of unborn child by sonography from third month onwards.we cannot change gender,its God given.There are other methods such as Cell karyotype(Gene study).
