Place a small saucer of beer out on your porch. Slugs are attracted to it and it will kill them. An alternative would be to pick the slugs up and drop them into a paper bag with a few handfuls of salt in it. Salt will also kill the slugs.

Theres a few good ways. The most well known and effective way is to use a large amount of salt because their bodies NEED moisture and the salt takes all that away. There's also pesticides. You may need to either method a few times in case there's survivors as well.
