It can be easy or hard! There are kits available, and preformed ponds that could hold a fountain. Or you can dig your own and line it with a commercial rubber type material, then add your fountain. You'll need a source of electricity to plug in your pump, no matter which way you choose to go.

That is pretty easy. You can get ready made bowls for fountains which simply need to be put in place --they are very heavy, though. Then all it needs is electricity for a pump which is installed below the fountain bowl. This pump is connected with two hoses and keeps the water in the fountain circulating.

we dig a little and set it in the ground, then put the fountian down and leveled it and put the dirt back in the hole, and just add water.
