Measure the baseboard and figure out your lengths and angles. Once the The Pieces are cut correctly, paint them ahead of the time! Then You use a small Tack/Pin gun to pin them to the wall at floor level. Leave enough room for the carpet or flooring!

According to the measurement of the room, purchase the material and paint them with primer and allow to dry. Cut it in to correct size and install it.
