It is really easy. Just relax and be organized. Dress appropriate to the the type of party. Have a few jokes to say, so you can keep the party alive. Every party should have games and prizes, for example bingo. Have good food and drinks. Be creative with your decorations and show movies, home made movies are fun and funny.

For your first party, invite a small group of close friends. You will already know their food and drink preferences, and won't have to worry about making people mingling.

To host a good party you should have a theme in mind and have a good guest list good food and good times.
