If you want to connect a MIDI keyboard to a MIDI input on a PC, you would need a MIDI cable, which can be purchased online cheaply. There are quite a few MIDI keyboards now that are specifically designed to work with PCs that use a USB connection, which is very handy.

Make sure that your keyboard has a midi output. Then you need a five pin to five pin midi cable. If not, see if your keyboard has a USB output, and if your computer has a USB input. If nothing else, try a 1/4 to 1/8 inch converter, and plug into your computers microphone jack.
