How do you hide a belt extension?

I don't want people to know how fat I am.

Don't tuck in your shirt. Wear slightly longer shirts that cover the waist, and perhaps a stylish blazer or jacket to draw attention away from the midsection.

You can always wear your shirt without tucking it in. Also, there are some of these that fir in the back.
