Hotmail isn't easily hacked because they are constantly changing their website firewalls in attempt to keep out hackers. This is the same with websites like Myspace, Yahoo, and Facebook. There are websites that sell hacking tools but this is dangerous because it is illegal to hack websites and you will most likely be caught.

Hotmail is a very secure system with many users, and therefore they have made it pretty much hack free. You can get someone's password to hack an individual person, but this isn't recommended.

Use social engineering. Convince your target to tell you the password or the answer to their secret questions. No computer savvy required.
