Dracaena Fragrans is a tropical plant and so needs plenty of light although it grows best out of direct sunlight. It should not be over-watered and only given water when the soil on top feels dry. If using a fertiliser then use only a liquid fertiliser.
dracana fragrans are beautiful plants that when cared for correctly can grow beautifully! Just be sure that you live in the right climate, and that you have the right type of soil, if not you can always substitute!
