You can either do an online search and find out or you can ask your local greenhouse they will also be able to tell you. If you search online you will also be able to find out what areas they grow best in.
Choose a planting site that gets plenty of sun with good drainage. Dig a hole 2-3 times than the root ball. The top of the root ball should be level with the ground. Mulch liberally and don't let it dry out.
There is no easy way to accomplish this without being either a trained or skill botanist. There are so many different varieties of this plant type there is no Generic-Way.
