If you are trying to remove the mold from a house vent after you wash it off and wipe it with bleach you should conciser hiring a professional to check for other mold in your house. Some molds can be very dangerous especially for children and people with breathing problems.

The best product I have found for removing mold is bleach, this product works even better if you add hot water to it.

You should first remove the vent from the wall. Clean the vent using soapy warm water and a scrub brush until all of the mold has been removed, then reinstall.
