It's just not plausible. If you have the understanding of chemistry necessary to make it, you wouldn't need to ask. Just buy one from the pharmacy. They're not that expensive.

This is a fairly broad question, because there are so many different types and brands available. I would suggest picking up some How To books, like the "for dummies" series. There is no legit way to "make" a home drug test, they can be purchased from many pharmacies.

It would be extremely difficult to make a homemade drug test that produced accurate results. There is no safe way to do that in a normal home, due to the chemicals required. They sell cheap drug tests at most drugstores which is a better and safer idea.
