You cannot get 0% APR on a credit card that you already have. You can open a new account with an introductory (6-18months) 0% rate.

You'll have to go to a credit advisor to apply or ask your credit card companies do you have this option to put zero APR on your card. This will allow you to be able to manage your money so you want have to pay alot of interest fees.
