How do you get yourself to go into labor?

I walked, extensively, around the mall until my swollen feet and ankles couldn't take any more. Then I went home, and had vaginal intercourse, 2 hours later, I started having contractions.

you really can tmake yourself go into labor, we tried all the wives tails and none of them changed anything but u can try sex, climbing stair, rasberry tea...
