How do you get the Ursaring in Pokemon Leaf Green?

There is no way of catching Ursaring in Pokemon Leaf Green. But you can catch his pre-evolution Teddiursa in the Altering Cave. However the Altering cave is still a mystery. Because the Pokemon in the cave changes when there's some e-cards used through Mystery Gifting. You can also trade it from Colosseum.

Ursaring cannot be caught in Leaf Green but you can catch Teddiursa in the altering cave. Teddiursa is Ursarings pre-evolution.
