The only proven way to lose weight is by eating right, maintaining this healthy diet and by exercising daily. Do not overdo it in the beginning, start slowly.

Go on a diet that significantly restricts calories. This isn't something to do for more than a few weeks, but if you limit yourself to 800 to 1000 calories per day, you'll lose weight quickly. There are meal replacement plans you can buy or you can just count calories. You will probably feel hungry but drinking lots of water helps.

Check you diet. Eat more of vegetables and avoid animal products. Take plenty of water and exercise. Rope jumping will help you burn a lot of fat.
