Brush green eyeshadow on it, green is effective because it cancels out red. Once that settles, cover the spot with concealer. Green plus concealer is the most effective coverup possible.
If you buy a heavy concealer you will be able to cover up the hickies. There is no way to get rid of hickies immediately, but you can do things to help them heal such as applying ice packs.
A hickie is a bruise. You can not remove the bruise, however you can help speed up the healing by applying bag balm and a cold rag to the affected area.
