I would try using an antibiotic of some sort. That will help you get rid of your hand fungus. You need to get that for sure. Also maybe dipping your hand in yogurt will help. If you dip your hand in yogurt for long enough, then maybe the infection won't spread as much.

You can try using an over the counter cream, like ones used for Athlete's foot. If that doesn't clear it up, you probably need to go to the doctor to get a prescription lotion. Hand fungus' are more common than most realize. While you have it, try to avoid contact with others, as some are contagious.

You want to keep the area covered with something and keep the area very clean and dry as moisture will allow the fungus to spread and grow. Also , keep it cool in your home as heat also encourages fungal growth.
