You don't. Dowager's hump is caused by osteoporosis, a disease where bone density is lost. Fractures in the spinal bones cause the hump. Treatment for osteoporosis, such as medication and Calcium and Vitamen D supplements will help build up your bones and keep a hump from getting worse but it won't reverse the process.

You cannot get rid of a dowager's hump after it has already presented itself. A dowager's hump is caused by osteoporosis of the spine. The osteoporsis weakens the spine and causes the surrounding vertebrae to collapse. The best way to prevent dowager's hump is by increasing your calcium intake and excersising the muscles of the back.
