The easiest way would be to download a program that scans your computers hardware and describes what memory you have installed. Alternatively you can open your computer and read the sticker on the memory you have. Order the memory online or buy it from a computer store and slot it into an open memory slot on your motherboard.

Get rid of undesired data on your hard disk, try to clean up your C: Disk Drive, exchange you HD with larger capacity new one and also you can store some of your data that you need for long term on an external HD till needed
