How do you get into west point?

You will need to have very strong ACT or SAT scores to gain admission to West Point. In addition to these scores you need to have a strong academic background, clear leadership roles such as in clubs or other groups, and good overall fitness. You also need to secure a nomination from your local congressman to be considered.

It is very competitive. You need to have excellent academic credentials and extracurricular activities, including sports. You must also be recommended by a member of congress.

Like getting into any school, the key is to work hard. West Point stresses discipline and toughness, so by engaging in activities that stress these values you will have a better shot.
