If you are talking about keeping the text in all capitals without holding down the Shift button, that key should be to the left of the A key.

To get an auto caps to work in Microsoft word, you just have to click 'Format' menu, then 'Font'. Once the pop-up window appeared, tick the check box for 'All caps'then click 'OK'. You may also use this shortcut keys -- Alt+O+F, click tab 5 times, then click 'A'then Enter.

To change the case of text that already exists, select the text and type Shift+F3 to cycle through Sentence-case, lower-case and upper-case. (Other than keeping CAPS LOCK on of-course :))

The easiest way is to simply depress the CAPS Lock key, usually located on the far left of your keyboard. If that is not the easiest, there are a number of different fonts that convert your text into all caps.
