How do you get a product key for Windows XP Pro?

Look for a sticker on your system if it was provided to you pre-installed or on the cd/manual bundle if you were provided with disks.

I went to bestbuy and purchased the XP Pro upgrade for my PC, I then proceeded to look on the back of my Windows XP Pro box for the official Microsoft sticker with the product key. I copyed down the product key so I could easly read it, I downloaded the software, and typed in the product key when prompted.
