Nail polish is paint and worse, it is enamel, which is very durable. Your only hope is nail polish remover poured through the fabric to dissolve the enamel. Nail polish remover may not go well on fabric but neither does nail polish.

Nail polish remover does go well on most surfaces, but then neither does nail polish. Your best hope is to saturate the stain with nail polish remover and repeat the process, blotting as you go, until the stain comes out. Otherwise, replace the item.
