If he's with another girl, then he has made his choice and you'll be happier accepting his decision. If you really want him back and cannot accept that he has chosen another, be honest and non-confrontational. Ask to speak with him in private in a comfortable place. Tell him of your heart without pressure. Accept his decision either way.

If it's meant to be it's mean to be. It's NOT worth wasting your time trying to win him back. It's also not worth your time fighting and whining about that other girl. You deserve so much better than that. You broke up with him for a reason so just let it be.
