How do you gain weight naturally?

I need to pack on a few pounds, but I want to stay healthy. I also do not want to load up on fast food.

You'll need to eat 5-6 times a day and increase the size of the meals slightly. Make sure your calory intake is larger than the amount you use for exercise and other daily functions. You can add just normal food, possibly add a little dessert after main meals.

To gain weight naturally you need to take in more calories than the average for a person. To do so and stay healthy, you also need to check the fat content and try not to eat foods with high "fat calories. " Also exercise can add weight without adding fat cells.

If you consume more calories than you burn in a day, you will gain weight. You may want to try loading up on carbohydrates (bread, pasta, potatoes, etc).

A great way to gain weight is to eat raw nuts as snacks, they contain a lot of calories but are good for you. Also try protein shakes with fruit.
