You can clean them using oil and a microfiber towel to help the playback but it will not make them sound new again. Try replacing the playing needle to prevent further damage.

If the vinyl record has deep scratches the damage is most likely irreversible. Even light scratches will lead to artifacts. You can hire a company to clean the vinyl record for you or you can try it yourself too. Try letting the record soak in a gentle soapy solution for a few minutes. Then clean it with a gentle cloth.
