If you have random pain, it could be gas. If you have sharp pain, especially when you eat, it could be an ulcer or a gallbladder issue. Pain with nausea and vomiting that has only be present for a short time could be a virus. Pain, nausea and vomiting for along time could be an intestinal issue. See a Doctor.

If you do not have gastritis and not got hit in the stomach, it may be some physical problem or food. The best option is to seek medical attention.
