First be sure to unplug, then reach up in the ice maker and make sure that it is not clogged up with ice. If thats not it, call professional help.

An ice maker on the 'crushed' setting simply takes ice from the ice bin and smashes it before sending it out through the machine. Put more ice in to fixit.
