I have a Mercruiser 470.

Well it's really hard to fix the leak when there is a milky oil substance coming out. Then you should fix the boat.

This happened to my first boat and it turned out to be I had oil and antifreeze mixing together. I had blow a seal and it required a completer rebuild.
