Although Oregon's unemployment rate hit 10.5% in July, there are resources you can use to aid in your job search. The online site Craigslist has a high number of positions listed and you can sort by county and select the field you are interested in. The local daily newspaper, The Oregonian also has a jobs classified position.

My first step for looking for employment is always Craigslist. There is no where that has as many and as varying jobs out there. Plus, it's specific to location so you don't get any surprises.
