It depends on how badly you want to know. If your notes include clues about where your admirer saw you, you can make a list of who the potential people might be. You can let everyone know that you are getting notes from a secret admirer and wish you knew who it was to encourage him to come forward.

You could let it be known generally to your circle of friends whether you are really flattered to be getting these notes, or not, and want the writer to stop.

Either personally stake out the place where you keep finding these notes or better yet, ask a friend or family member to conduct surveillance on that location. You might also consider leaving a note of your own in the location(s) you keep finding your secret admirer's notes and use that to instruct that person to finally reveal their identity.
