You can do an online search for a person and may be able to find some info if you knoow their current full name.

You can get it from internet, facebook and or try getting it from mobile telphone operators as well as fixed line telephone companies.

I don't think that you should get personal information on people unless they want you to have it and /or want you to get in touch with them.

There are a lot of information sites regaurding finding people you could try one of those, but sometimes they will cost you a price. Also social networking sites have a lot of information on them about contacting people and finding people. Also a private investigator could attain that information for you.
